Clinically-led menopause support now available through Medicash as the Employment Rights Act 2025 makes Menopause Action Plans mandatory for organisations with 250+ employees
Adora Digital Health, the clinically-led perimenopause and menopause platform, has announced a new partnership with Medicash, the UK’s largest corporate health cash plan provider - bringing specialist menopause support to employers across the UK at exactly the moment they need it most.
Under the Employment Rights Act 2025, organisations with 250 or more employees must publish a Menopause Action Plan, with voluntary compliance from April 2026 and mandatory requirements coming into force in spring 2027. For many employers, the challenge isn’t the obligation - it’s knowing how to deliver meaningful support in practice. That’s where Adora comes in.

Employers whose employees have access to Adora benefit from tailored, expert support that helps women manage perimenopause and menopause symptoms at work, reducing health-related barriers to performance, engagement, and retention. Adora’s clinically-led platform combines evidence-based content, personalised symptom guidance, and specialist expertise - giving organisations a credible solution they can place at the heart of their Menopause Action Plan.
“For too long, menopause has been an invisible workplace issue. That's changing fast - and with the Employment Rights Act raising the bar for employers, the question is no longer whether to act but how. Our partnership with Medicash gives organisations a credible, clinically-led answer they can put at the centre of their Menopause Action Plan with confidence. We're proud to be working alongside a provider that truly understands what modern employee wellbeing looks like."
— Ann O’Neill, CEO & Co-Founder, Adora Digital Health
Through the partnership, Adora will be available to employees covered by Medicash’s newly launched Remedi digital wellbeing plan, as well as being extended to all of Medicash’s corporate health plan range at no additional cost.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Adora Digital Health to bring clinically-led menopause support to our corporate health plan customers at such an important time for employers. We’re seeing exceptionally high demand for digital wellbeing services that solve real workplace challenges in a proactive, accessible and meaningful way. Adora is a perfect fit for Medicash, offering expert, accessible support that helps employers respond to today’s workplace challenges while helping employees feel better supported, more confident and more able to thrive at work."
— Paul Gambon, Chief Commercial Officer, Medicash
With one in ten women having left a job due to inadequate menopause support, and legal risk for employers rising, the new legislation is both a compliance challenge and an opportunity. Organisations that act now will be better placed on all fronts - legally, culturally, and on retaining experienced talent.
